Gap Inc Friends and Family sale, what did you get?

So this weekend is the gap, old navy, banana republic friends and family, if you went and got stuff, please tell us what it was!

I went to Old Navy only, I am not really crazy about bright summer colours, and my store didn't have an extra % off on clearance,and our clearance was really empty, but I did get a few things.


I got this tank in white and purple (they didn't have those colours online)




Each item was $15, and with 30% off, I paid about $47.

I went back today too, got one of the dresses, my bf got some hoodies too. The lineups were crazy at the Kitchener store.

As for the summer dresses, not sure if anyone else feels this way but. The shorter smoked dresses were way too short, but the long ones were way too long, ON really needs to get their fits better, it's hard to wear some of this stuff.

I went today, didn't find too much that I liked, it was a mess and so crowded.

I got this shirt which is really nice and light for the summer and a tank top which is super long so I can wear it with tights, very light as well. Perfect for summer!
I paid $29.xx with taxes and also got a scratch card for a visa promotion. I can bring it in for 10% for a future purchase.

I bought probably about 15-20 shirts to give away to family when I go back to the Philippines, $8 each and with the 30% off it was about $5.50 which is actually the cheapest I've seen shirts... Well nice ones

Hmm... I posted it on the blog a while before the invites were sent out, and then again once I got my invite. Plus there were threads on here about it. They have a friends and family every few months, if you are on their mailing list (for either one of the 3 stores) you get emailed the invite.

Got 2 pairs of shorts and 4 shirts from Baby Gap. Actually I ordered online and had it shipped to my Aunt in Florida (shes coming back to Canada at the end of this month), so with the dollar at par and no duty I ended up saving way more than I would have in store.

agreed. i bought an absolutely gorgeous dress got home and it goes past my feet. thinking i may even attempt to hem it just because it is so pretty

Did you try it on at the store? They are soooo long. I mean, I am average height, but c'mon old navy get it right! I was going to just take my scissor and cut a hunk off, probably not the best idea

my dh got 2 x pairs of jeans for 21.00 each from old navy and the baby to be got a new hat and outfit for the summer from baby gap.. i got nothing LOL!!!

didnt try it on but i figured it would be alright. (nothing fits right with my big belly right now) and i guess it would be- if i were 6ft tall. but alas i am only 5'4'' and i dont want to return it. it is too pretty
