I often get confused when one Loblaws/ RCSS have an item(s) have my favourite colour attached, namely 50% sticker (pink) and another one doesn't.
Does anyone know their rationale behind it?

I know it is CRAZY priced!! I even find $4.50 high but DH loves the Rolo one.DH waited in the car when I ran in for a few things.When I was walking out he rolled down the window and said with a big smile"Did I tell you how much I love you!" I knew right away he had spotted the ice cream in the bag because he NEVER says that!!
