I believe it is time for the next Smart Source flyer, so lets keep our eyes open and share when you find them. Same with the grocery stores. I plan to do some store prowling next week..

I have the smartsource flyer now; hopefully everyone else has received theirs as well! Nothing at all in grocery stores, though.

Country grocer has cereal on for $2/7.00 they have those $5 icecream coupons. They also have the post grains cereal on for $3.97 looks like a good price I think(minus the $.075 coupon from save.ca).
Plus they take printed coupons as well(at least the one in Esquimalt does). I asked at cs first to make certain.

I found country harvest (on a display in the bakery) and carnation evaporated milk coupons (baking section) at superstore.
