I took my sister stacking with me at London Drugs for the first time. She was so excited (and so is my husband now that I have a replacement for him, lol). Plus since I moved to an area that currently doesn't have flyer delivery, she will be bringing me flyers when I need to price match!
The cashier and manager were very nice. They said they now have about 4 coupon stackers at their store, lol.
Here's what I got:
Huggies pure and natural diapers (too small for my little one but I might as well start stocking up for the next one!) $11.99 - ($11.50) = $0.50
Cascade gel $3.79 - ($2) = $1.79 (they were out of the free action pacs, I was very sad)
Herbal essence shampoo and conditioner $2.49 (2) - ($2) = $2.98 for both
Wrigley gum $0.50- rang up at $0.99 but didn't want to fight for SCOP
Goody elastics $1.00- rang up at $1.99 but didn't want to fight for SCOP
Mars bar $0.99 - FPC = FREE
Sunlight laundry detergent $7.99 - ($7.50) = $0.49
Febreze luminary $12.99 - ($10) = $2.99
Gillette mach 3 with bonus gel $7.99 - ($6) = $1.99
Gillette fusion razors with bonus gel $8.49 (2)-rang up at $9.99 but they voided it right away and I didn't feel like fighting for SCOP when I had coupons anyways- ($16) = $0.98 for both
Satin care gel $3.99 (2) - ($2) = $5.98 (not a good deal but I thought I had two more coupons with me, oops)
Venus razors with bonus pod, cream, and gel $9.99 (2) - ($11) = $8.98
Old spice deodorant $2.99 (4) - ($12) = +$0.04
PLUS $5 WUB 3 Gillette products (3) = $15 off
...so the Gillette products cost me a total of $2.89 before tax!
Total for the non Smart Canuck would have been $114.58
Total coupons used was $95.99
My total was $18.59 ($5.46 of which was tax)
This works out to be less than $1 an item, so much better than shopping at the dollar store, ha ha ha. Especially since I've seen the razor kits and luminary originally priced at almost that much for a single item!
My sister gave me $5.25 to cover the cost of the shampoo/conditioner, gum, hair elastics, laundry soap, and 2 deodorants which made my hour of fun shopping cost only $13.34. I also gave her 2 razors, a deodorant, and a shave cream from my previous stash as a thank you for driving and for saving me coupons. She always brings me a bag of random goodies so it's fun to give her something in exchange. She didn't realize how much you can save...you really have to see it to believe it!This thread is currently associated with: London Drugs, Huggies

I have to say it:
Unbelievable!
Awesome shop. Isn't it nice to just blow someone away by showing them how cheaply things could be had by coupon stacking? Now your sister will tell two friends, and they'll tell two friends, and so on and so on..
WTG!

I am a "senior canuck" but have been away from the site for awhile.. Please be patient with me as I go through and re-learn the ins and outs, do's and don'ts once again.
