Light Speed Log in Problem?

Any one here have problem signing in or log in to this site because they always screw up my log in , maybe 4 times already and keep sending them that I had problem with it . As of now I cannot log in any more and sending them email but they don't responds I know I didn't screw up or anything?

Thanks for answering my question and when I google it with .ca I did sign in it when thru I can open it, that's weird because it doesn't really show any Canadian or Us websites ?? But Thanks again .

This one is Canadian:

It's almost the same only the ENGLISH/FRENCH on top right . They make it difficult for members to sign in just for different website of Canadian and USA.
