Well, usually I have great difficulty shopping at any of my local SDM (diffiuclty using coupons, wrong prices, etc.) but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I went in to by the "Green Hornet" Blu Ray - my son wanted to give this to his dad for a birthday gift. It was advertised in this weeks flyer that it would be available May 3 $23.99. As I checked my bill while leaving the store I noticed I was charged $26.99, I got back in line. The cashier was able to do a return and recharge me with little to no difficulty she even took $10 off (I guess she already knew of the SCOP $10) WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING. I will keep my fingers crossed that she is on cash when I shop in the future. A first!!!!!!!!!!!

Great cashier! It would be worth phoning in and doing the survey to reward her excellent customer service.
Just joined Kiva.org, an organization that funds micro-loans to people in developing countries. I love the idea that the $25 I saved in groceries can be given to a fish woman with 5 children in the Philippines to help grow her business.
