Walmart section would consist of everything going on at Walmart, Walmart Superstores and Walmart.ca, their flyers, coupons you can use there, contests they are having, etc.

In many cases things like policies, contests and coupons are joint since it's the same company so I personally think keeping them as one is better.

What kind of error and what browser are you using?

It wasn't working last night or this morning when I posted the message, but by some miracle it is now! It was only in the coupon section and I run IE. I was getting the "error on page" at the bottom of my screen when I clicked add. But seems fine now!
