So... mystery solved. The higher your Rep Power, the more rep points you give to people when you give them rep.

So now I just have to get Boo to give me some rep and I'll have hearts and stars out the wazoo!

Actually... there are a lot of people on here with waaaay more Rep Power than Boo. But I'd trade candies with Boo any day!

You can use candies to "buy" stuff in candyland, you can find candyland by going to the second tab on the top of any page. People usually just buy each other the gifts that you see under someone people's names.
