thanks sally! I'm on an online spending ban until we know if canada post is striking...I'm waiting on a fairly expensive package from ebay that I hope gets here before the strike otherwise I won't have any buyer protection if the package never gets to me or the stuff is damaged

That's really cool!Thank you for posting! I don't think I saw it at the Rexall I went to, but I may buy it at it full price. I've been wanting to try out different techniques and this looks like it would be easy to use.

I got some new shatter colours in today, silver, white, baby blue and then some more colour. The opi silver shatter is a little bit more "club" looking but it's still neat.

Last week I mixed an opi sea foam colour and put my hot pink shatter on top. Omg it was EPIC looking. Right outta the 80's!

I have had my OPI black shatter for about 2 months now, and it has become so thick and gloopy it is really hard to work with now, anyone else have this problem too??

I tested born prettys crackle polish; we used a black crakle with a darker blue under it, looks like crap; you would have to do something really light; or something totally different for it to look alright; also, it dried matte; so you deff need a topcoat.

Its because its in the air, either try to do it quicker or cover the top of the bottle with cling wrap between dips. Also if your brush is drying out wipe clean before putting back in bottle. Opi seems to be some of the quicker drying stuff, try China glaze, it seems to have more lee way timewise.

Yes they do get pretty thick. You can put some nail polish thinner in it and it will be like brand new.

They actually have a type of crackle polish at Fairweathers for $3.99 in about 5 or 6 colours but the only thing is like most you have to put at least 2 topcoats of clear or it peels off
