ever anything available in sudbury regions I love mystery shopping. Tyme a mystery shopper is someone whos pretend to be a shopper but really evaluating the business they are in. I am signed up with many mystery shopping sites. Some pay fair amount of money for you to go in a store and purchase something, while you are there you have to evaluate the store. Was it clean, did the sales assiciate provide you with goo service, where they wearing their proper id and uniforms... Sorry my key board turned french my question marks end up like thisÉ lol.... it is a pretty exciting thing to do, although you wont make millions, if you already go out to eat and shop and are good with spelling and dont mind filling out simple reports this gives you the oppertunity to do thoes things free and possible be paid for them. Dont ever join a mystery shopping program that asks for a fee to join. If you want the name of some companies you can send me a message, and I can give you the companie names or a refferal from me. I will provide you only with companies I have actually worked for and gotten paid from:D

It's legit. I did a shop for them, but it was a lot of narrative and a long questionnaire for the amount paid.

Hi DaveP. I may only have one post (well, two now), but that doesn't necessarily mean that I'm a scammer. I've been mystery shopping for a year now and I happened to complete a shop with ISC last month, which went fine, as I previously posted. If you know anything about mystery shopping you'll know that giving any specific deals about the shops that you've completed, the pay rates, the clients, etc... is verboten and against the contractor agreements that basically every company makes you sign, so really, what else can I say other than the shop was ok.
To be fair, given the terrible website that this company has which is filled with spelling mistakes and grammatical oddities, I don't blame you for thinking that it could be a scam. Not to mention the strange URL that they use.
In the future, the best place to check if a company is good/bad is the Volition Mystery Shopping forums at http://forum.volition.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=3 . They have a thread for pretty much every shopping company out there complete with detailed feedback for each one.

No, the best place to check is the Better Business Bureau

Honestly, I would rather read up to date feedback from other shoppers who are conducting shops and getting paid (or not, as the case may be) by these companies, rather than rely on a BBB report that may be outdated, or even non-existent. The BBB isn't exactly a neutral arbiter of information either, given that they refuse to give the highest ratings to businesses that don't pay them dues, among other criticisms.
As another example, take a look at the BBB report for another mystery shopping company, MarketForce. Sure, they might have a good rating but look at the complaints in both this and other forums about their low fees, poor customer service in response to exchange rates, and issues about being deactivated for no reason.
Other MSCs that I have been reliably paid by on schedule each and every month, such as Premier Service, SQM, and Lanla cannot even be found in the BBB database, as far as I can tell.
