Man, everyone has got it wrong...... I guess I should clarify something. When I said "D" was pushing for Cooperstown, I should have said "leaning" towards......

We take a couple of road trips a year, Montreal, Vermont, Maine, Columbus, Ohio to name a few.......... and we originally wanted to do Chicago to see the Jays this weekend, but the timing is not good (need more than 3 or 4 days to do this one).

In our relationship no one ever really gets their way, we just do things that are fun..... and I thought that it would be cool to get some input from some SCer's.......

Actually that was the Yonge Street Mall. The picture was taken in 1973 or 1974.
It didn't last long because it created lots of problems and in those days Yonge Street was still very much on the seedy side.
I was a young teenager back then and was not allowed to go down there............but I think I may have accidentally ended up there once or twice.
The people watching was very interesting.

We talked about going to the R&R HOF a while back, so I passed it by "D" and off we go Thursday morning.....

6 hour drive (I can do that with my eyes closed).... we are going to get a 2 day pass. Do all of Friday at the Hall....Cheers

I BELIEVE you that you can do the drive with your eyes closed. But for the sake of the others on the road please keep them open.

The Polite Way to go Pee!

During one of her daily classes, a teacher trying to teach good manners asked her students the following question:

'Michael, if you were on a date having dinner with a nice young lady, how would you tell her that you have to go to the bathroom?'

Michael said: 'Just a minute I have to go pee.'

The teacher responded by saying:

'That would be rude and impolite.

What about you Sherman, how would you say it?'

Sherman said: 'I am sorry, but I really need to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back.'

'That's better, but it's still not very nice to say the word bathroom at the dinner table.

And you, little Johnny, can you use your brain and show us your good manners?'

Johnny said 'I would say:

Darling, may I please be excused for a moment?

I have to shake hands with a very dear friend of mine, whom I hope to introduce you to after dinner.'

The teacher fainted...
