Trudeau Faces Tough, Pro-Oil Audience in Calgary
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was taken to task for comments he made about phasing out Alberta’s oilsands while speaking to Calgarians at a town hall on Tuesday night.
The prime minister spent much of the evening defending his vision to balance Canada’s economic and environmental goals.
Earlier in the day, Trudeau said he “misspoke” when making the comment about Alberta’s oilsands earlier this month. At the time, his comments caused a backlash in Canada’s oil country.

Trump to Tackle Border Security
Border security will be the focus of U-S President Donald Trump's latest executive actions Wednesday. Two administration officials say he'll lay out his plans for building a wall along the U-S-Mexico border and other efforts to tighten the border.
He's expected to roll out plans for restricting refugee flows to America later in the week.
Raps Drop Four Straight
The Raptors have lost four regular-season games in a row for the first time in almost two years. Kyle Lowry scored 30 points but it wasn't enough as Toronto lost 108-106 to San Antonio at Air Canada Centre. The last time the Raptors dropped four straight was in March of 2015.
