Rocky – very nice Norton, was always a favorite as my cooluncle had the 850. I remember trying to kick it over as 12-year-old. Of course,he did not show me the compression release lever.

[QUOTE=GMAN;6815265]
What deep things retired men think about....
I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer. The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking.
My wife walked by and asked me what I was doing, and I said, "Nothing."
She then said that’s what you did yesterday—to which I replied—I WASN’T DONE , SO I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF FINISHING RIGHT NOW.
The reason I said "nothing" instead of saying "just thinking" is because she then would have asked, "About what?" At that point I would have had to explain that men are deep thinkers about various topics, which would lead to other questions.
Finally I pondered an age old question: Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts? Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts, but how could they know?
Well, after another beer, and some more heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with an answer to that question. Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby, and even though I obviously couldn't really know, here is the reason for my conclusion. A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child."
On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts."
I rest my case. Time for another beer, and then maybe a nap.
Priceless - cheers G

"Take that pecker out of your pants"
Man sought for trying to leave St. John's Sobeys with stolen chicken in his pants
Police say would-be thief allegedly assaulted security guard
CBC News Posted: Sep 14, 2017 10:44 AM NT Last Updated: Sep 14, 2017 10:44 AM NT
Have you seen this man? RNC in St. John's are looking for information that may lead to finding him, after he allegedly assaulted a security guard at the Sobeys on Ropewalk Lane and tried to steal chicken from the store by concealing it in his pants. (RNC)
Police in St. John's are looking for a man who allegedly assaulted a security guard earlier this summer after trying to shoplift chicken out of a Sobeys grocery store in his pants.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has released his photo in hopes that someone can identify him.
It's alleged the man stole chicken from the Sobeys on Ropewalk Lane on Friday, July 7 and tried to leave the store with it concealed inside his pants.
He's also alleged to have assaulted a security guard who confronted him, before returning the chicken and fleeing the store.
The RNC said it hasn't been able to identify the would-be thief, which is why police are now seeking the public's help.
