Did anyone catch the inaugural "Cash Out" bit at 7 this morning? Just wondering if the questions were hard - that is, is it worth trying to get through? I typically listen on-line but in a Cue to Call contest, I'll have to use the radio to eliminate the streaming delay.

Yes & no. It depends on your knowledge for rock bands. Finish the song titles or names of bands are relatively easy, but it seems as it gets harder, you need to know what members are in the bands & their nicknames. Hope you have read biographies of a few bands.

Too bad. I was never great on names. Could picture them but couldn't, in quick order, pull up a name - either then or now. Unless, of course, we are talking Mickey Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork and Davy Jones -- you never forget your first!!

So if Q won't accept, snaps fingers a couple times, "you know, that guy ....." I don't think I'd be a good teammate.

Happy Hump Day Q sters,

What an awesome day. Can't wait for the weather to stay like this.
Looks like we will be springing forward this weekend. Time to put the clocks ahead 1 hour on Caturday night & lose an hour of sleep. It will be dark again in the mornings.

The good news, this afternoon I got through to a pharmacy offering COVID vaccines to the 60 - 64 cohort.
The bad news, by 3:18 pm the SDM at Royal York & Bloor was fully booked.

I have three phones, each with their own redial capability. Am now going to program three different pharmacies and see what they have to say.

Just a few years ago I'd similarly try to enter radio station contests if the station had a couple/few dial-in numbers available. Never did I picture me doing this for health reasons. Have the vaccine people not heard of the interweb?
