good morning everyone, sorry i have been negligent on here but it has been a long couple days.

wendsday i went to my party, dont know when i got home but woke up 20 minutes late for work, surprise surprise. by the time i got my helper and to the shop to get the equipment it was 9 am. we then went to the worksite which was up tads way, belfountian... beautiful place. i didnt feel to bad after a couple large double doubles. all we had to do was dig four holes and pour cement in them for a sunroom floor. it took all day the auger couldnt get through all the rock so needless to say the holes were pretty much dug by pry bars. by the end of the day i had the worst head ache, i think all the alcohol was finally out of my system. so on the way home i stopped at the local pub for hair of the dog. everyone that missed my birthday started buying me drinks. after finally leaving there stopped for some chinese food watched a movie and stayed home today.

from the bottom of my heart i truly thank my sc family for all your kind words and wishes. all my family is either in nova scotia or alberta, imagine that . it is so nice to have what i consider family around me, to gather once in awhile to socialize, yet you dont crash on my couch for a couple weeks. you care but are not sticking you nose in, you give advice but dont force your opinion, but most of all you know when and what to say. hmmmm maybe this is a better option . to all of you i give you your choice of a gift...........

I am going to submit a suggestion to that club on Parliament Hill,
It has been inspired by the budget that has jabbed us like a quill,
“a penny for your thoughts” must be changed to “a loonie for your doubts”,
Here, here Mister Speaker can you hear those shouts?
Old age security, once upon a time a surety,
Now you can work yourself into obscurity,
No new taxes or tax increases?
A fiscal puzzle that is missing some pieces,
Reform the environmental protection act?
Does that mean add or divide & subtract?
Cut this, cap that, eliminate & standardize,
I think that many people are not seeing sunny skies,
Improving pipeline safety & programs for our youth,
This shtick is getting tedious & so long in the tooth.

i know i've mentioned here and there - he was for years
the autioneer for gay pride day - still remember when
he noticed a woman with a tshirt on that read

'just do me' - jack was so amused - was fun and sweet.
