HAPPY THURSDAY!
HOLY COW! where did all the heat go? looks like mother nature turned the AC on outside. now i can wear my jacket both inside & out. don't think the guys realize that it's NOT HOT OUT!
kitty is back home & no her vet stay wasn't anywhere near as expensive as 22's son's puppy.
she does have to continue with her antibiotics & soft food till the weekend, then i can give her her crunchy food softened with some broth. none of my furballs have ever had canned cat food so this was a treat for her. she inhaled it & the other 2 wanted it too. not only do i have to keep them away from her food, i have to keep her away from their food. to rid this problem, i put warm broth in the bowls, so if furball decided that she was going to invade the other 2's food, it wouldn't hurt her.
Rockie, if we didn't have OHIP, we'd be paying astromonical fees to doctors & hospitals for treatment as well. the only different i see between the two is it's humane to put an animal in pain or dying to sleep, but it's against the law for that to happen to people. maybe you don't consider a pet part of your family, but i do & i'm sure there are a lot of other people who do too. it's a personal decision for everyone. while i understand & respect your choice, i don't necessarily agree with it.

Morning Q-sters
Just got back from London Spent the night at my brothers watching the hockey game and picked my bike he fixed up for me. Now I can hit the trails and get some exercise.
