Got a little burned today which is rare for me - I tan easily and use sunscreen but today I thought would be cloudy - it wasn't very cloudy - I'm glad but the sun did get me somewhat - not complaining though!!!..........

wow..... ouch.... get some Aloe on them!!!

lol... yes.... a pencil was my favorite tool back then...

HAPPY THIRSTY THURSDAY/FRIDAY JR!

another fabulous day, not as warm as the past few, but still great. today i took it easy. had physio this morning on my wrist. i overdid it yesterday, so today i did some gardening instead of the physical building that i had been doing the past couple of days. had iced the wrist a few times yesterday during some breaks i took & it didn't seem bad till last night when it had started throbbing. my physio dude worked on it for quite some time & after some cracking & crunching, it gave a pop & felt a bit better. tomorrow will be cutting down a section of my tree that has died. i noticed after the last wind storm we had a big branch followed by a bunch of small ones all over the ground. i looked up & 1 big branch section seems to have died & half of the branch broke off. figured i better get rid of the rest of it before we have another storm & it ends up breaking off onto the roof of the house or my deck. i might even try to get some lattice work done too. i know friday is suppose to be the hottest day of the week, but i love working out in the heat. since haven't come across any of that humidity yet, still waiting, maybe tomorrow. the pools up to 85 degrees, water feels great. have a great night.
i did try to get thru for tickets, but all i got were busy signals. sorry no luck for me today.

Good morning, everyone.

Treat dispensers came by yesterday to bring food for the critters (heaven forbid they should go hungry for more than 5 minutes ).

Then last night, the neighbours had an impromptu party. What else do you do when all the lights are out, but get together in the lobby & have a bit of fun. Lily dog made an appearance, but she kept screaming whenever another doggy came by, so I sent her to bed. I then brought Quincy cat along - folks had fun playing pass the cuddly cat around.

Better go see what I've missed alomg the way.

Guys just so you know.
If you leave your wet bathing suit crumpled up on
the floor of a hot car for a few days it will apparently
smell like 'dead turtles'.
Women find this smell offensive for some reason.
