    I get Messages (when I Try Calling) of "Congested" or "Network Busy".
    My Phone adds an Extra 5x Second Delay when they Happen... along with the High-Pitched "Tone".
    Deafens me when I have my Bluetooth in!!!!

    I stopped phoning with my Blackberry for that reason. I almost exclusively get "Circuit unavailable" message with the high-pitch sound, and get through 4/5 times to get a busy signal.

    On the land-line, at least, I always get busy signal, and no high-pitch sound. However, I wonder if it's the same thing, because there are two types of busy signal: the immediate one, and the one after a 1-2 second silence. Could it be that the immediate busy signal is the equivalent of the cell phone "Network busy" or "Circuit unavailable"?
