Good evening friends!

I hope you had a wonderful day!
It was a beautiful day...... until it clouded over for a couple of hours.
Then it cleared up.
I had my sports car out and it was wonderful...
This evening... I went out to pick up some cream for my morning coffee
and check the weather network and it said no rain... I come out of the store
and I thought I felt a rain drop... I dashed to my car to put the roof up...
just in time.....

Do any one you who own a home have a tankless hot water system?
We are considering going that route, and would like to hear what others have to say.
One brand by Bosche is not rated well and have read quite a number of complaints...

I repped where I was able to before...

We got a Navien unit over a year ago and are very pleased with it. We never run out of hot water and have had no problems. We rent it for around $17 a month and the installation was no cost. Hope this helps.

Our friends down the lake have a neighbour that hired a pyrotechnic company to do a firework show for him last night. He rented a barge, got the permits, had a fireman on board and blocked of the channel for the show.... what an amazing display last night!!! It was 12 minutes of non stop fireworks and they set them off right in front of our friend's cottage!!!! We had front row centre seats!!!! This display was comparable to something Wonderland would do... I'm wondering how many 10's of thousands that would have cost.... (It put our $169.00 Costco box of fireworks display from the night before to shame.... )

On a sad note after the fireworks the other night a couple of boats collided going home in the dark and two men are still missing and 6 occupants in the other boat all swam to shore. the marine unit and air 1 and the fire department searched all day yesterday and are searching again today for the two missing. Saw all the lights from the fire trucks as they launched there boat at the marina by my house and the police and ambulance. They were 38 and 49 hopefully they find them today.

It was very dark coming home last night and it can be scary traveling by boat at night - especially if you don't know the waterways... It's not so bad when the moon is out, but it hasn't been out this week-end... we hit a floating stump last night that scared the crap out of us...

A man goes to a bar with his dog. He goes up to the bar and asks for a drink. The bartender says "You can't bring that dog in here!" The guy, without missing a beat, says "This is my seeing-eye dog." "Oh man, " the bartender says, "I'm sorry, here, the first one's on me." The man takes his drink and goes to a table near the door.

Another guy walks in the bar with a Chihuahua. The first guys sees him, stops him and says "You can't bring that dog in here unless you tell him it's a seeing-eye dog." The second man graciously thanks the first man and continues to the bar. He asks for a drink. The bartender says "Hey, you can't bring that dog in here!"

Customer Support Employee (CSE): May I help you?

Customer: Yes, well, I'm having trouble with WordPerfect.

CSE: What sort of trouble?

Customer: Well, I was just typing along, and all of a sudden the words went away.

CSE: Hmm. So what does your screen look like now?

Customer: Nothing.

CSE: Are you still in WordPerfect, or did you get out?

Customer: How do I tell?

CSE: Can you see the C: prompt on the screen?

Customer: What's a sea-prompt?

CSE: Never mind. Can you move the cursor around on the screen?

Customer: There isn't any cursor: I told you, it won't accept anything I
type.

CSE: Does your monitor have a power indicator?

Customer: What's a monitor?

CSE: It's the thing with the screen on it that looks like a TV. Does it have a little light that tells you when it's on?

Customer: I don't know.

CSE: Well, then look on the back of the monitor and find where the power cord goes into it. Can you see that?

Customer: Yes, I think so.

CSE: Great! Follow the cord to the plug, and tell me if it's plugged into the wall.

Customer: I can't. It's dark out here.

CSE: Dark?

Customer: There's a power outage.

CSE: A power... A power outage? Aha! Okay, we've got it licked now. Do you still have the boxes and manuals and packing stuff your computer came in with?

Customer: Well, yes, I keep them in the closet.

CSE: Good! Go get them, and unplug your system and pack it up just like it was when you got it. Then take it back to the store you bought it from.

Customer: Really? Is it that bad?

CSE: Yes, I'm afraid it is.

Customer: Well, all right then, I suppose. What do I tell them?

CSE: Tell them you're too stupid to own a computer.
