morning all, wow....soooo hot out there, and the air has a nasty smell to it as well...ew.....I would like to just stay home today, but I have to go see my dad in the convalescence place, cos tmw is grocery day, then off to the cottage for a week which goes into the long weekend in Aug....he's not doing well, (pneumonia and heart failure from too much fluid retention), and his meds are precarious to say the least....I just hope he doesn't check out on Alyshia's wedding day, the 6th of Aug....from what is happening, he could go any time....fingers crossed...

My Aussie friend sent me this.....

From the Daily Telegraph Newspaper comes this story of a Sydney couple who drove their car to Westfield Blacktown, only to have their car break down in the car park.

The man told his wife to carry on with the shopping while he fixed the car.

The wife returned later to see a small group of people near the car.

On closer inspection, she saw a pair of hairy legs protruding from under the chassis. Unfortunately, although the man was in shorts, his lack of
underpants turned his private parts into glaringly public ones..

Unable to stand the embarrassment, she dutifully stepped forward, quickly put her hand UP his shorts, and tucked everything back into place.

On regaining her feet, she looked across the bonnet and found herself staring at her husband who was standing idly by watching.

The NRMA (Auto club) mechanic, however, had to have three stitches in his forehead.
