    Enjoy your Sunday! NFL Sunday starts today and I will be missing every single game today! So I am depressed, and on top of that I believe Boardwalk Empire starts tonight and I will be missing that as well. It is another reason I hate golf! I will sacrifice for charity, but man, look what I am missing! Nonetheless, have a great one today!

    Good morning, everyone.

    Off to the grocery store (haven't baked anything with cocoa powder in a while and just realized it's running low - need some for the chocolate b-day cake I need to bake today). There's also dusting, shredding of secret documents and, most important of all, playtime with the critters.

    All 3 of us are looking forward to Tues/Wed - 40C with the humidex. Yippee!!!! Wonder if the new neighbours (condo across the street) will finally use their outdoor pool?

    A recycled poem - I am a non football believer. I have tried to take a liking to the NFL, but it isn't going to happen. I must admit that I used to like doing the football picks on Q107 when we could rack up a few points, but for me it was an uneducated guess.

    Well, my hubby and kids left me today and headed off to Wonderland. They texted just now that it is crazy busy but they are trying to get the most out of the seasons passes this year and what a great day to do it! I'm doing the garden, cutting the lawn and right now taking a tea break-cheers!
