Thank you all so much for your well wishes for my daughter and the kind words about me, but you give me way too much credit.... I truly believe that I did not / am not doing anything more than any other mom (or dad) would do for their child in the same scenario, but thank you

She's doing ok.... she slept quite a bit today (which is great - since it's the best thing for healing) but she did swell up, and was / is in a bit of pain.... I kept her meds up every 4 hours (which is probably why she slept so much). The ice packs have been in rotation for most of the day.... I think I went up and down the stairs about 100 times today (My at home workout )

Good morning. Tooth fixed, he said it should have a crown but at $1500 it ain’t going to happen. Much more and I will look like Jaws in Moonraker. Way to go Leafs

You know, if it's not one thing it's another.
Got home this afternoon & my kitchen was flooded.
Turns out the drain pipe is frozen. No other damage, @ least so far.
Back to washing dishes in the bath tub @ least till I can melt the ice, but that's not going to be easy since the pipe's in the wall.

I'm so tired & frustrated, I could scream.

So sorry to hear about the kitchen.... didn't you just renovate?

Hi All!

Walked to the H.S. today - actually didn't find it that bad - I mean cold - it was cold but not as bad as I thought it would be. Lots of nice puds again. This one here is from a hoarding situation - with 33 other cats!!! Nice pud though - hopefully she can find a normal normal life soon.





Sorry about that flooding 22, what a drag - very frustrating I'm sure!

Also sorry about your eye mechman - hope they can repair it.

and glad your daughter's surgery went well Lee and hopefully she can put them behind her soon.

i know your pain, Kt. had 1 of mine fixed & they were telling me the same thing about getting a crown, but not at $1500. you'd think the cost of a crown would go down over time, like TV's, stereo systems & other appliances. crowns aren't new, they've been around for a decade or two.
