Here's a couple of pics of the beautiful beach I was at a little while ago. Also, one of the puds I met - so glad I brought a couple bags of kitty food - they really enjoyed it. There were about 8 regular puds who hung around the resort.

Just playing a bit of history, while reading more from the HuffPost.
Prog Rock Rocks!
Watch the vid in the next post, it is way cooler, than the original recording and a bunch of pictures.
Attachment 226850
Virgin's first album release, catalog number V2001
Brilliant Engineering, multi-track lay-down, ahead of its time.
No single ever charted but it sold over 3 million copies in the UK alone! (OK wiki says 2.5M and ranks it #35 all time, same source wiki quotes puts SGT. Peppers as #2 @ 5M )
Opening piano solo is used briefly in the Exorcist, also released in '73
Used at the Olympic opening ceremonies in 2012.
Sold more copies in Australia than in the USA!Last edited by Mechman47; Fri, Mar 21st, 2014 at 07:19 PM. Reason: took out the video, found a cooler one below

Oh, forgot to mention, I love the album...
I guess you could tell.
Just found this,
Very cool, considering the album was recorded with Oldfield playing most of the bits on the multi-tracks.
Way to go BBC!

OK quiet, nobody is around...
Just 13 guests to annoy.
Prog Rock History 101 continued!
You have to have a Bass Solo to be a Prog Rock Band.
Just ask Roger...
But we have to go back to Mr. Wakeman's band and find our feature solo!
