    We often hear real estate horror stories about Vancouver or Toronto, where new homeowners are ponying up millions for their dream dwelling, and others are forced out thanks to skyrocketing prices.


    But it looks like things are even worse south of the border.

    This Southern California residential listing has a crumbling, filthy home going for the low, low asking price of just USD$475,000.


    One look at the images included in the listing will have you recoiling in ickiness.

    The estate company, Coldwell Banker, makes no bones about the current state of the home, cheekily proclaiming "Ugly home!" and listing it as a "contractor's special."


    If real estate is all about location, location, location, we have to ask – is this home located over a gold mine?

    zfurman, It is terrible to lose a family pet that you were so close to, they grow to mean so much to us and to have to put them down even if it is the only thing left to do must be devastating!

    Sorry for your loss.......and I'm sure you will always miss him......Did you have him for the whole 13 years?
