Hope everyone had a wonderful day.

Parents have arrived safe & sound & are exhausted. I don't anticipate hearing from them until the morning - they're not the type to post in the middle of the night (in either time zone). Can't wait to hear where they decide to go on a side trip (last time was Prague).

My friend is home from hospital! Yippee!!! The first thing she did when she got home was start putting things away & cleaning up. She's as stubborn as I am about not wanting to rest - guess that's why we're friends. She has a week or so reprieve before being stuck in the hospital for surgery, & she plans on making the most of it.

I skipped another friend's b-day dinner tonight, so I'll head over there Sunday for a nice lunch. Tomorrow I have a lovely BBQ, so won't be around for recaps (I'm slacking off again ).

Think I should call it a night & rest up for a busy weekend. Thank you again, everyone, for being here for me. I am so very lucky to have met such kind hearted souls here.

I think I can speak for all of us here, to say we are cheering you on,

Just got in an hour ago. After the Q breakie I hung around downtown, went to the St. Lawrence Market for some cheese and samples, then walked on down to Harbourfront to check out the Vegetarian Festival. I was there last year and bought quite a bit of stuff so I wanted to get a little tonight before I go back tomorrow. Cat Rescue was there so I spent some time there. I also bought some containers of Hemp Beverage, some Chia and Flax powder and some Goji Berries. That was about all I could handle carrying back on the streetcar with the other stuff I had. There was an accident on Queen St so the Street car had to detour and then we had to get off early and get on another - don't know how I made it through all this after getting up at 4:30 but I think it's time to head downstairs (after playing with my puds for a bit) and watch a bit of the tube!

It has been a day of different sorts......
No complaints..

I realized too that I didn't thank you for the

I have been repping throughout the day here and there,
and just got hauled off yet again...

Just had a call from a friend and I have to go to Buffalo
tomorrow to see them and be back in time for the Bachman
Turner, Rogers concert tomorrow night.

So, it is best I head to bed......

Tonight, I thought Bob was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner.

I was shopping with my friends all day long; and I was a little late for our "date."

Conversation wasn't flowing, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late; but he made no comment on it.

So I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong;

He said, 'Nothing.' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset.

He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it.

On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving.

I can't explain his behavior I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love you, too.'

When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore.

He just sat there quietly, and watched TV.

He continued to seem distant and absent.

Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed.

But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else.

He fell asleep - I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else.

My life is a disaster.
