Evening Q sters,
We have arrived at our destination for the night & dinner in a half hour. Today we left Clarenville, headed up to Gander, then up to Twillingate, where we stopped at Long Point Lighthouse, to see some awesome scenery & icebergs . Stopped at Auk winery for a wine tour & tasting of their wines. They are made from different local berries, as oppose to grapes. Had lunch at Georgina's, clam chowder, it was awesome, then headed over to Twillingate museum. There are exhibits of Dr Edith Manuel & Georgina Sterling, who became an opera star under the name of Maria Toulinquet, in the late 1800's to early 1900's. From there we headed to The Prime Berth, the home of Dave & his wife, who have preserved the past life of the Newfoundland fisherman. He even had a skeleton of a whale on display. Now we are in Grand Falls-Windsor for the night.
Have a great time with your "golf buddies", Habs.

Hello every1, and thank you.
I just got home, and I'm so tired. They didn't admit my friend, but it looks like there's more surgery in the near future.
Good night all.

that's good news, hicks.
this is an older article but still holds true:

"Do not get sick in July. Why? You might die.A 2011 study published by the Journal of General Internal Medicine reported a 10% spike in teaching hospital deaths during the month of July due to medical errors. We call this spike "The July Effect" and we attribute it to the influx of new interns and residents....."

AMAZING SET OF BRITISH STAMPS CELEBRATE PINK FLOYD'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY
2016 marks 50 years since Pink Floyd turned professional and became the ‘house band’ of the London Underground movement of music and arts, under original leader Syd Barrett.
Pink Floyd are arguably the most visually literate band of all time, as well as being among the most successful.

They have employed leading image makers for their iconic album covers, most notably Storm Thorgerson and Hipgnosis. Their live appearances were legendary and they were among the first groups to make extensive use of light shows and projection of films for their appearances, increasing in ambition over the decades. These two areas are explored in the stamp set, which has ten stamps in total.
