You can choose your sandwich, all you do is take your pick,
You'll need to have some change to put in the slot,
& I hear the roast beef is quite decent & the mustard is pretty hot,
If it's grilled cheese that you desire that selection is up to you,
Create your very own sandwich, all yours to chomp & chew,
I hope the lettuce isn’t wilted & the pickles still have crunch,
Nor am I sure what to expect from a sandwich machine lunch,
Maybe you fancy a BLT or meatballs that are sweet & sour,
Just don’t take long to make up your mind if you only have an hour,
I just might try a reuben or go for the smoked turkey,
& for all you spicy sandwich lovers, I recommend the beef jerky.

Jeff Gordon will step in for Dale Earnhardt Jr. for the next two Sprint Cup races.

Jeff Gordon is returning to Sprint Cup racing. He will replace Dale Earnhardt Jr. for the next two races.
Earnhardt, who has concussion-type symptoms, will sit out Sunday's race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the following race at Pocono on July 31.

Gordon's return isn't just a four-time champion coming out of retirement to race. Gordon, who never ruled out an occasional return when he stepped out of the Hendrick Motorsports No. 24 car at the end of the 2015 season, returns this weekend to the track in Indianapolis where he has won five times, including the inaugural Brickyard 400 in 1994.

Hello every1. Well, I've survived the last few days, but barely.

The BBQ when well. We had cedar plank salmon, fresh corn on the cob, and baked potatoes. Strawberry shortcake for dessert. The last friend left about 1 a.m. At least I have enough left overs for dinner tonight.

This morning didn't go particularly well. 6:00 is way too early for me, so I guess I was really tired. First, I slipped in the tub; I didn't fall, but twisted my bad leg. Then, I knocked a glass of juice off the counter, breaking the glass, and sending chards and juice all over the floor. Now, I was running late, so was hurrying. I got my fingers caught in the garage door. So, they're black & blue, and hurt like he!! I think I'm going to lose at least one nail.

Otherwise, it's been a productive couple of days.

I'm glad it was a productive day, but you didn't need to try & kill yourself over it. The positive to this was bad things happen in 3s, so you're good, all 3 happened in the same day. Hope you feel better.
