good morningand sorry but,,,

not sure i can explain this very well. and this is the short version

- not kidding

ordered the first thing that involved money on monday,
a toshiba laptop, and although it will be my 3rd computer,
it's the first one i bought, lucky me.
costing over a thousand bucks, extra fun was supposed to order
though swagbucks on line to get $45 dollars from swagbucks
but of course was so nervous, i phoned tigerdirect.ca.
and ordered from a nice guy in miami.

and what i was told was laptop would get here in 5 or more business days,
so next monday, was my guess.


wednesday:

had one of my big sleeps, which usually takes a bit more then a day.
got up on thursday to find ups form on door, which numbers
referred to the cooling tray i bought also, and is now at ups
store.


thursday:

checked emails and found laptop coming today whoopi,
holy shoot etc. too darn excited - watched a ups truck drive
down the street and then back up again, darn.
then another down the street back up and then once again down the street.
but back and stopped in front of house, oh boy.
ups guy checked a lot inside truck, took box and went up next door's driveway,
ok then me next --- he checked the truck a lot more, closed door and took off.
i was in ups chat, asked what the heck, did he just delivery my order next door.
'no your order is still showing not delivered. will be there by or slightly after
7 pm.' i mention silly schedule/order route.
got off chat - did a recheck on tracking - package delivered!!!!
did another chat where ups told me package was on front step,
driver told them, i mentioned he was lying.
and the numbers for this package were for the laptop,
"could it be next door?" "no it's on your step"
"no it isn't". ok by by.
called next door - this is wicked "yes there is a package on the step"
huh? "i'll send one of the boys over with it"
she walked right by it like 20 minutes before.
it was the package that according to ups' numbers on the door is at the store,
the cooling tray - since we had a little storm later so glad as if
it had been the laptop,,,, bloody heck.


phoned ups, and of course was called sir though out the call,
blood pressure, what blood pressure???
wanted me to sign in to ups send a report on lost package,
contact sender to tell them etc.
at this point i wondered extra blood pressure pill or beer for dinner.

sighing, of course what happened

is the wrong ups tracking number is on the laptop
as well as the cooling tray.
couldn't check with ups store as of course they were closed.



it's not just me, thinking this whole experience is crazy right?
trying not to think if it's an empty box at the ups store, which
hospital i'll be in,,,,
extra fun cooling tray bill is for $11.99 and taxes are $129.61.

have never been though this sort of crap before......

once again sorry for the forever long post, but if i know people who know things it is in here.
have no energy to look up birthdays darn, have to have a nap silly me
and it can't be for a day or so --- have to see if i can figure out (as if)
windows 8, haha. so wishing i didn't.
crap hoping no one gets any storm, i did see what happened in chicago area,
and heard about back yard flooding in the barely mentiond storm places there.

Good morning my Q friends. WOW Happy FRIDAY!!!! Cannot believe it's already the weekend. This week went amazingly fast. Getting my bed moved down to my place on Monday evening. Getting Acanac - cable tv and internet and home phone from Comwave. Screw Rogers and Bell.
