Hello Everyone. Loocie here & I'm just checking in. What a beautiful day it has been. All too soon it's going to be chilly, rainy & yucky. I had a scan on Tuesday & will be back at my Princess Margaret doc early next week. I hope things have settled down with me & that these damn tumours have stopped growing on me. I also have cataract surgery coming up in a couple of weeks so my right eye will soon be corrected. As it stands right now, I have no sight in my right eye & it's been a challenge. I hope I don't sound too much like a broken record.

Took the grand-kids to see a musical version of
Alice in Wonderland at the Shaw this aft.

Busted them out of school.

Even the 5 yr. old enjoyed it.

The learned doctor proceeded to pull the string. He pulled and pulled, and out came a dozen long-stemmed American Beauty roses....
"My God," proclaimed the doctor, "I've never seen that before. Where do you suppose they came from?"

Lee03 & her hubby were really surprised tonight when they showed up at the Franklin House for dinner with friends. Their kids organized a big 30th anniversary surprise party. The look on their faces was priceless.

Have a totally fine Sunday. Does anyone have a pet that likes to hang out in the kitchen when you are busy doing kitchen stuff? Sometimes they can make great assistants.

my aunt jean and uncle allister had a couple of nutty cats (aren't they all?)
roach and fung
lovely siamese girls, was surprised as a kid seeing allister wearing roach
as his scarf, whilst he was cooking
(allister was the head pharmacist at the biggest local hospital, would have been
amusing to see some info about how nutso your local pharmacist is)

having a breakdown, that i must have mentioned before
got to get of of this house/home
over the past 50ish years i have ended up living here, now and then a lot of
those years - now got to go, to an apartment.
family home etc. worth at least $800.000 ish. /house to be demolished.
and my cats and me gone gone

shutting up - i feel heat , and trying to not notice where the cats are.

now what do we do?
