Sorry about that, not sure why it didn't work.
Here's the context, it's from Mrs. January's site.
When I last spoke to head office at Shoppers Drug Mart, I was told that they don’t have an official coupon policy, as stores are individually owned – so the policy would be different at each store.
However, this morning I received an email saying that they do have a general policy that most stores follow.
Thank you for writing to us. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
Our stores have been directed to refer to the conditions printed on the coupon when accepting. As all coupons are different, we do not have a specific coupon policy in place at this time. We would suggest speaking with the Front Store Manager directly with any further inquiries or concerns you may have.
This being said, to answer your questions:
1. Internet coupons are usually accepted by our stores.
2. One coupon per purchase means one coupon per item per purchase although stores may limit quantities; often a limit of four.
3. A cashier can adjust the coupon discount if it is higher than the sale price TO the sale price. This would likely be done manually.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Call Centre at 1-800-SHOPPERs should you require assistance in locating store contact information.Last edited by pamplemousse; Thu, May 26th, 2011 at 08:13 PM.

I dont understand how they can adjust the prices cause when they send the coupons back to the company dont they get the full price of the coupon back....maybe they dont I dont exactly know how that part works.

well, say an item is on sale for 4.99, but you have a $6 coupon for it, the cashier would put the coupon in as 4.99. It's so that they don't give you money back for your "tender". When stores send the coupons in to the manufacturer or coupon distributor, they probably have to show evidence of selling that item and for a certain price.
