Hi everyone!
So I have been posting for the last week or so but have failed to formally introduce myself!
My name is Jen and I am a coupon-olholic! lol Seriously though, this is pretty new to me, but I am learning quickly.
I was already one to shop sales, discount and clearance but after having a really tough few years financially and now trying to get my own business off the ground, I have to find ways to really cut back and save money.
I own a candle. gift & bath and body store in Ontario, where about 85% of the prodcuts are handmade. I make all of the candles in my store, some of the b&b and some jewelry, the other stuff is local artisans.

I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a few years ago and made things really tough for a long time, went from working a full time job (doing man's labour and going to the gym 3 to 5 times a week, to not being able to move or function for about a year. Not much fun for my hubby and kids!
I still have my ups and downs but have learned little things along the way to help.
So this was my opportunity to do something I truly loved and had always wanted..I have been doing this on the side for over 10 years.
So as a means to help cut back on as expenses, I started to coupon and have found out that even though we can't exactly extreme coupon here in Canada, we CAN save a considerable amount of money if you take a little time to plan.
