Change at RCSS re: zone coupons

I was at RCSS earlier today and had a coupon zone coupon and another mfg coupon - and was denied using both! The back of the zone ones now reads "cannot be combined with any other offer" so I was not allowed to use both. Is this the case with all RCSS now??

You know, I really think it depends on the cashier because I had a couple of coupon zone coupons for Oral B - $1 off and used two even though the coupon on the back says one coupon per FAMILY ... not even person or transaction. Weird.

The cashier said she would let me as long as the till let her, LOL. Whatever. All of these inconsistencies are driving me batty.

same, the coupon zone coupons can actually be scanned for the discount

It depends on the cashier/store. A few weeks ago I was using the So Good manf. and coupon zone and the cashier said I could only use 1. I then went to the customer service after and they took my other coupon and said I could stack the two.

i always have that problem here?its so hard to use thoes coupons that say that ! ld wont let me ues it if is even say anything of not combining,per transaction> its crazy

Most stores will allow it, if you have trouble, go to customer srevice!

Super store Edmonton West wont do it. I had a horrible experience there last week that I ended up taking above the manager to customer relations.

They don't not have a coupon policy right now at RCSS, its currently under review.

I've had the odd cashier do it for me, but if they ask customer service chances are they wont do it!

I always stack the coupon, even though it says that on the back, on their newest coupon policy it specificaly states that you may use a CZ and combine it with a manfuactures coupon as long as it does not exceed the price of the item.

I'm finding the RCSS coupons getting better. However I just wish the store prices would be better. Things are still more expensive there.

My store allows it... one CZ and one MF - no problems at all!

I have never tried using them at RCSS, it's out of my way so I don't go there often, but I went in about a week ago and asked at customer service about their coupon policy and the lady I spoke with said that it is completely fine to use a coupon zone with a manufacturer coupon...she chatted with me about couponing a bit and was super nice! I plan to go back there soon and give it a try when I have the time.

I lucked out last night, had a cashier that works as a part time supervisor as well, so she said no problem when I asked if she wanted me to do several transactions ....she just did them all in one, and did the override herself...lol!!!

5 x free Advil, and 5 x Nexum trial sizes........ yeah!!
