i read all the time that people shop at stores that r conected to reach other like rcss n no frills, sobeys n iga but can anyone tell me others? cause i really am clueless on this one? when i hear of other store im thinking we dont have that here in grande pairie<but then again we have that same deal with an off branch? can anyone make a thread of stores belonging to eachother?

There are a lot of stores under the Loblaws banner. I can think of Zhers, No Frills, Your Independent Grocer and RCSS off the top of my head. Not all of them are in all areas.
Sobeys and Price Chopper are connected. Fresco seems to be replacing Price Chopper though and I'm not sure if they are owned by the same company. Metro is connected to Food Basics.

Loblaw also owns Chinese T & T market ( I think) which is in a different division
