    Sorry guys, I don't know where to post this really. So I got my Pizza Pizza giftcard the other day from icoke. I went to use it to be told by the cashier that there was absolutely no money on it. I was like what??? I was wondering if anyone has tried theirs and encountered the same problem? I'm going to call icoke and complain. This is utter crap!

    Instead of freaking out you can go to https://www.kesm.net/pizzapizzamembe...roup=PizzaCard and register the card allowing you to view the balance on the card online. If in fact it is empty then I would complain.

    Most likely the idiot at Pizza Pizza messed up when checking the card.

    Thanks, I checked my card and dh's, Both have $10.

    check your card online or call 1-866-368-2111.

    If I went there and was told the cards were empty I would have been sooo freaking po-ed. did you buy pizza anyways? if so icoke should give you something for your troubles and the money your out.

    Thanks for your suggestion. I did register the card and it says $0 still and no transaction history. Here is a screen cap..

    I called from the pizza store. The lady at customer service told me there was no money on it too. I was going to buy my mom dinner as a treat but she ended up buying instead.

    Yes, it was only up for a few days some people wanted to wait a week to try to get another one but it was gone before then. I'm sorry.

    Yup. icoke messed up big time when issuing that card. I am sure they will make it up to you. My fingers are crossed!

    Got mine on Monday and just registered it -- shows the $10. I would definitely contact icoke and complain!!!

    Tried online to register my card and it kept saying "invalid email address or passoword". Dunno why cause I havent registered it yet. Even tried logging in with the same email used to register, even tho I don't have an account set up.

    Any ideas?

    Check to see if the pin number is still there. It did that to me too but it had removed the pin for some reason before I submitted it and it worked when I typed it back in.
