    I just received mine in the mail the other day, I will definetly check the balance before trying to use it and avoid an embaressing situation. I have already had a problem with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo from icoke where the store would not accept it, I don't want a repeat of that scenario.

    It is embarrassing for sure. You'd think a massive company like theirs would make sure their stuff is together. I've had a problem before where they sent me a Cineplex free admission coupon where I could only use it on days that were not listed as "no passes". I can't remember the exact name of the admission but I wasn't able to use it. Previous to this I received ones that you could use on any day. So I contacted Icoke and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Even though I offered to send my coupon back through mail. I'm convinced they have something against me.

    Pretty funny when I've received my Pizza Pizza/Pizza 73 Gift card and mine indicate that I had $10.00 on it. Yes, if you encounter an problem, then you could complain in two ways. First you have follow the first procedures by checking the balance on the card by this website https://www.kesm.net/pizzapizzamembe...roup=PizzaCard . Second step then take it up with the 1-866-368-2111. Hope it helps!

    That sucks that it happened to you too. I contacted icoke by phone the other day and finally got a response today. The lady said they would look into it for me and maybe send me another one. I then asked should I send this one back and she said, no it's not worth it. So then she went to ask me my name, address, phone # and then birth date. Well, I guess by accident I had registered with my mom's birthdate instead of my own. Then the lady said to me that I was being a fraud. I was like excuse me? Can you just change the birth date to mine? Then she goes no, and asked for my mom's e-mail so I gave it to her and she said no there is no account for your mother. So then finally she changed it to my birth date. I was like really? Does it need to be this difficult? So not only are they sending out $0 gift cards they are also calling their customers frauds. I guess she thought I had two accounts and you're only allowed 1 per household but I didn't. So really, I mean i'm getting sick of icoke and their crap. This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me, i am considering not purchasing any Coca-Cola products. Ridiculous.

    I just thought i'd let you guys know what happened.

    I FINALLY GOT MY CARD!

    I wrote icoke an e-mail about a couple weeks back saying that I still didn't receive my card. I was very frustrated and didn't think it had to be so difficult. They never got back to me but I guess they spoke to Pizza Pizza and a lady from there got in contact with me.

    Thank you for participating in Peel ' N Reveal at Pizza Pizza.
    Due to a malfunction in our gift card program select cards were loaded improperly, leaving your balance at zero.
    Please accept our apologies as we issue you a new $10 Pizza Pizza Gift Cards with an additional $2 on the card for your trouble.

    Please reply to this email with your complete mailing address so we can send this new card to you as soon as possible.

    So I wrote them back and told them that I didn't participate in that but I was sent one by icoke with a $0 balance. And today finally I got my card in the mail. I checked and it does have the $12 balance. So problem solved. Such a hassle but i'm glad I got it. If you experienced the same problem keep e-mailing and calling them until you get the problem resolved.

    sorry i kinda laughed when i saw that they gave u a $2 credit.. like oooo wow 2 dollars haha
    glad they were able to fix it tho, those kinda things are annoying

    LOL! I know right? $2 can buy me... maybe a drink? lol!! Or pay the new HST?

    Oh well, at least it's something. I'm grateful to finally have a card issued to me with money on it.
