Lean Ground beef is on sale this week at Sobeys for 1.99 lb.

Also check out Hamburger Helper...certain ones have save $3 coupons on them towards the purchase of ground beef.

I was lucky last week and found not only that box of hamburger helper but also another box of hamburbger helper that had a coupon on it for a FREE 750g bag of Green Giant Veggies WUB another box of Hamburger Helper.

I have seen boneless skinless lots of times, however they are frozen and nasty, because they are sold frozen they soak the chicken in a seasoned water and the chicken will soak it up and when you cook it its half water and nasty so I don't recommend buying

I agree! I find the texture is funny and they're salty. I never buy frozen ones.

thanks everyone, I ended up buying a different meat from walmart and it was better, tried to get some deals. No frills was awesome for this, thanks for all your help and insight!
