Items with bonus item attached...

My Walmart had some Head and Shoulder shampoo with a bonuse pro-glide razor attached on clearance for 3.00, does anybody know if I can use my Head and Shoulders coupons for an item like this? Even at the no coupon price it is a good deal but even better if I could coupon it too

if you were attempting to use a coupon on the razor, then that would be a no, b/c the razor is a bonus...

I got them at my Walmart Yesterday she called a manager over and she let me the bonus shampoo is not another offer but the cashier thought it might have been

yes you can. I actually was able to use the $2 razor coupie last time as the cashier didn't seem to think why there was any reason I couldn't, so she let it go

I used a Head & Shoulders Cpn on the Head & Shoulders plus Razor package with out a problem.

I used the $2 fusion proglide coupon no problem on about 8 of those lol!

The item you're buying is the shampoo, not the razor, that's the bonus, so you're correct in thinking a head and shoulders coupon is the right one for that item.

I can't remember where I got the head and shoulders coupon to be honest! I think it was part of a coupon sheet included in a package of toilet paperI

I thought about using the Gillette 2.00 off for proglide but my son wouldn't let me LOL he said it was free and that would be wrong and that's stealing (he's 16)!

I was in a hurry so I left it behind until I figured out what would be the right thing to do. I did get my free Good Host iced tea however from my Rubbermaid Jug as Walmart had the huge tins on for 6.98

I tried to use the proglide razor but was denied on the pkg deal. I have not seen it in clearance yet at my store - $3 is an amazing deal ! wowza

You shouldnt really be allowed to use any gillette coupon with this deal - seeing how the razor is a free item. I have used my H&S coupon though at 2 WMs for this product without any problems whatsoever

You can use the Head and Shoulders coupon for a $1 which came in the Charmin toilet paper but you CAN'T use a razor coupon because right on the front of the item there is a blurb about how the razor is given to you at no cost and no value by the hockey team of Canada blablabla ..so there it is ..too bad.. cause ..the razor alone was on sale for $6+ at RCSS this week. But really..couponing is an art. And if you can razzle dazzle the cashier and you are good at your art.. voila ..coupon through! have a wonderful day!

I used the razor cpn to buy 5 of the H&S bonus packs and I didn't try to razzle dazzle the cashier nor did I have to. I was upfront with the cashier about the cpn I was using. She read it thoroughly and had no issue with it being used on that product. It is your interpretation that it shouldn't be used and it is mine that it could. Again if the manufacturer didn't want us to use it, they'd make that clearer on the cpn.

you CANNOT use a coupon on a "bonus" item..just cause the cashier let it go, or didn't notice or whatever does NOT mean it is right!!!!!!
It shouldn't be up to interpretation..plain and simple, the product you are buying is the shampoo,so should you have a coupn for that, then fine..howver the razor came as a bonus, a freebie...you can't use a coupon on something that you are already getting for free.
It's annoying to read about people "bragging" about this kind of thing...
