It seems like mainly the east coast is doing that and there hasn't been much luck in our neck of the woods, but it never hurts to ask! If anyone is stopping in, would you mind asking? :D Fingers crossed it's a yes! This thread is currently associated with: Dollarama

This is an email that I had sent to Dollarama on Friday with their reply below
Hi There,
First I want to say that I love your stores!
I have been reading lately on some Canadian forums though out the internet that your stores may be beginning to accept coupons at your many locations and I would like to know if this is true or a rumour? It would be great if coupons are going to be accepted and if so do you have a coupon policy that I could share with the members of the forums and an estimated date of when all Dollarama stores across the country this will be coming into effect.
Thank you so much for your time and reply.
Sincerely,
Debbie Gamble
Here is their reply:
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We do accept manufacturer’s coupons – provided that these coupons are directly from the manufacturers and that we sell products that are subject to these coupons.
Furthermore, there could be exceptions to this principle in regards to some specific products.
Thank you.
Sounds like they take them to me but I see that someone had called our local Kamloops store and the answer was no.........
Any thoughts???Last edited by DebReno; Mon, Jun 20th, 2011 at 03:45 PM.

So I went in today and they said YES!
Eventually..... They're "updating their computers" and it may take a while, so they can't take them now, apparently. Somebody said in another forum that it's as easy as getting out the manual and programming it, but people just don't do it the easy way. But they HAVE received the memo and are going to do it.
WHOOPEE!
