That's the thing. I can't wrap my head around this at all. Everything points to Casey being involved in her daughters death. Waiting 31 days, partying, getting that tattoo. Ahh! The good life is what she is going to get now I guess. She has her daughter out of the way now and she can make money off this whole thing.

All she gets is four counts of false information? They seriously need stupidity screening tests to let people into juries.

I don't understand how they could let her off, from what I watched the only people who pointed away from her being guilty as sin were her parents.

There is no mother in the world who would wait one whole month to report her child missing. People report their kids missing when they're out of sight for 10 minutes, and those people don't SLEEP until their kid is found or they succumb to exhaustion. But I guess Casey probably wasn't really sleeping, she was probably passed out from all the booze and wild partying she was doing.

I don't understand how you can find somebody guilty on four counts of BSing the court and not think "Well gee, she's a damn liar, so it kind of makes sense she'd lie about her kid's death".

It's just so sad, poor little Caylee.

There can't be an appeal because you can't try a person twice for the same crime.

I was just going to write the same thing she has done drugs so she might get to jail that way,she will be outed every where she goes she will have to live in complete hiding ,she is a monster she will be the one run out of everywhere she lives,I think she will screw up like OJ Simpson and that will be her undoing,what a disgusting person she is,I wll turn the channel every time I hear her name as that is what she wants is to be rich and famous

The only reason she got off is because if there's ANY way she could conceivably be innocent, they have to find her innocent. For the states, that's the way it is. Innocent until PROVEN guilty.
Though, in my mind, there's no doubt that's she guilty.
And getting off on the child neglect...how the...CRAP? Even IF (big IF there) she didn't kill Caylee by her own hands and she drowned...how is that not due to neglect?
So yeah, jury really screwed up here.
Oh, and the 4 counts..looks like she will at most serve a year, since she's already got time served under her belt.


I didn't really follow this case because I basically avoid the news unless it's pointed out to me..but even from just reading here and there, you can tell she's guilty..
