Opera's just a browser (I think), but it's a good alternative to Internet Explorer. Even better though is Firefox - hands down the most flexible and fun way to browse the net. Anyone who's not using it should be downloading it right now - from right here!

I second that jimmycanuck, firefox is an amazing browser! Way better then Internet Explorer!
