Today I had enough for 40,000 ($85 redemption)..Although I didn't need anything, the whole talk about the points going up, and the HST, etc..I thought i'd better redeem now while point values are still low, so I got

    141g Whoppers @0.89x2= $1.78
    neutrogena face sunscreen $16.99-$2.00=$14.99
coleman 20? can cooler on sale for $23.99 from $29.99= $23.99
    jello pudding powder $1.49 x2= $3.98
    foot covers $4.49
    12 cans of LB 7up $1.00
    oral b cross action toothbrush $2.99-$1.50 = $1.49
    LB baby wipes refills $6.99
    sunglasses for the boytoy $19.99
    delissio pizza $4.99
    goldfish crackers 2 for $5
(-$2.00 for studio line product coupon I had she used, that I forgot to take back after she voided my product)

so in total, it was 86.53 before redemption, so after redemption and taxes, I had to pay $10.53!! Not bad, but boy, I never realized how fast things add up when you're just grabbing items off the shelf.

all that for 86.53 or something

yeah, and when i went home and looked up that coleman cooler, it was actually worth $30-$35..but i thought of other uses for it too, like taking it grocery shopping if i ever have to do a walking trip..so i'm really glad I bought it.

i love freebies!!!..i swear..i walked out the door with this big grin on my face..people watching security footage must have thought I was on something..

I decided this morning that I'm going to cash in my 40,000 points today too. Have lots of stuff on my list, mostly groceries, but can't turn down free.
