    yes this happens at one of my SDM too! Some of the cashiers at my Sobeys say that also. So anyoying. Its easier to just say okay and just buy one.

    Can I ask a quick question? If you buy the giftcard, do you get points? and then when u use that giftcard you purchased, you get points again??

    Buy a SDM GC ($50=500 reg points) & then use it to pay for your stuff...better to shop on 20X days & 18,500 points wus $75 (- coupons to bring your total down) & still get the points!

    Wow that's great my SDM is great like that too. They often point me in the direction of the clearance and marked down items around It is a smaller town and I shop there alot but that is truly out of the ordinary. Also thanks alot for the gift card tip, never thought about it, good to know!!!!
