Apparently I'm trying to kill myself today. So far, I've burned my fingers, cut myself wtih a broken dish & tripped over my vaccuum cleaner.

Is this my punishment for not letting the cat destroy his plant???

Male SCer showed up at the meet today. The gals sat in stunned silence & I think he felt outnumbered too. Was a lot of fun!

Sometime I wish I lived in the city so I could meet up with you all.Sounds like lots of fun because 99% of the people I talk to about coupons get that glazed over look in there eyes like they are far away from what I am saying!! Would be nice to share my addiction with others who understand face to face.

Oh, but it's not just coupons. There are also the choc covered cheerios, the choc covered cookies & our mascot, who makes a very effective lap warmer (better than any hot water bottle). & one of the gals brought real chocolates (instead of my homemade creations), so we had an extra special treat.

& lots & lots of chatting. Must never forget that.

I had a very close encounter with a deer tonight...thankfully the deer ran fast and the car's brakes worked well.

Why hasn't anyone taught them to look both ways before crossing the street in the city.

good thing you don't live out by my house, there are hundreds, literally on our streets every night...on the plus side, I have a Momma deer living in my backyard with her 2 newborn 1 week old fawns, they are sooo cute...she hid them in the blackberry bushes under my deck while she went grazing, but since we are above the bushes, they were easy to see, lol....I took some pictures but they aren't too clear.

Just found out my friend's Mom is not doing well. She's fainted 3 times in the last week (& the silly friend didn't want to tell me & worry me). She's 91 & I'm hoping it's an easy fix like switching her blood pressure pills. Hopefully.
