I'm doing that one right now and I've been at it for quite awhile because I've had so many interruptions. it's making me feel like I have ADD, testing my patience. I'll be peeved if I'm only credit 20 points for this one. hopefully e-mailing them finds resolve and you get the rest of the 480 points you deserve!

I too did the 500 point survey. It didn't take me 42 minutes either, but I certainly hope I get the points!

I just received a cheque yesterday after redeeming on 04/20 -- it took roughly the estimated 6 weeks for me. I now make a note of writing down the date that I've redeemed something, just to keep track. hopefully you receive it any day now but if not, e-mail carole at [email protected] or call their customer service # (1-800-268-7115) to find out it's whereabouts. tns has been known to take their time though so give it a little while longer... hope you see it soon, sabina!
I'm curious about that too. I'm waiting for a nice sum of points to be added but it seems to be taking awhile. it seems to vary between when the survey closes, validation, process times, yadda yadda. I definitely think it pays to keep track of what you're owed... just incase something gets missed.

I only received 180 points as well for this survey and it took me a LONG time to complet it. I also noticed that the 750 point survey that I completed was never credited to my account either.
I too, am not a happy person right now. I am having second thoughts about this site.

I have 3 suverys that I completed for 200-400-600 points over 6 weeks ago & still have not received my points. I've emailed at the address you gave above & the one on their website & have never received a response or my points. Has anyone tried to contact the Survey Police to see if they could help?

Just read this on their website., which basically that they can change the points that were promised for completing a survey & that it can take up to 90 days to get your points.
All I can say is once I get my points & cash out I will be quitting this site....just not worth it....you have to keep track of the survey you complete for maybe 3 months & then they may alter the points that were offered to start with.
" MySurvey.ca reserves the right to change point awards or other incentives within the recruitment for a study. In the event the program is terminated, Panel Members will be notified and given two (2) months in which to redeem their points.
MySurvey.ca Reward Points will be posted to a Panel Member's account balance no later than ninety (90) days after he/she has earned them, and will be available for redemption as soon as they are posted to Panel Member's account."

I try logging in and it says that my email isn't registered. I keep getting emails to do surveys. I've sent 2 emails asking about it and haven't heard anything. So I think i'm over this one

I've been waiting almost 4 1/2 months for a Chapters gift card. I e-mailed them about 2 months ago to inquire its whereabouts....No response.

I'm not too impressed with them lately based on not only what I've read in this thread but also the amount of time it's taking to credit me the points I'm owed... long after the 3-5 days they insist on at the end of the survey. good thing I've written down every survey # and pending points earned because I wouldn't be able to keep track otherwise. hope they pick it up soon.

THe same thing happened to me a few months ago and that was because I tried to access my account outside the country (I went to Argentina).
When I came back, I called them and it was very easy. They unlocked my account and everything is normal now. They are very friendly.
