Price Choppers Brag

I find that Price Choppers have really good sales sometimes and it's worth travelling a little bit further than my regular grocery stores which I can walk to just to take advantage of the savings. This week they have a lot of B1G1 sales. Here's what I got:

Schneider's Beef Steakettes 400g @ $4.49 B1G1 = 2 @ $4.49 or $2.25 each
Schneider's Cheddar Smokies Sausages 1kg @ $7.99 B1G1 = 2 @ $7.99 or $4 each

Garden Salad 340g @ 89cents each x 2 = $1.78

Pillsbury Toaster Strudel @ $2 - $1 coupon = $1
Betty Crocker Brownie Mix @ $2.29 - $1 coupon = $1.29

Here's the best part: Chapmans Ice cream @ $1.99 x 3 = $5.97 - $5 coupon = 97 cents for 3 x 2L carton of ice cream!!!

Grand total of $17.52 for:

2 x 1kg bag of sausages
2 x 400g 4 pack of hamburgers
3 x 2L cartons of ice cream
1 box of Pillsbury Toaster Strudel
1 box of Betty Crocker Brownie mix
2 bags of pre-cut mixed greens salad

wow you are right price chopper does have great sales , you can also price match to other store with their flyer too, if its out of your way- awesome deals you have there.

Unfortunately price matching doesn't apply to B1G1 kind of sales. At least not at the local No Frills which is my closest grocery store that does price matching. So I end up having to go to Price Chopper to get the good deals unless it's a single sale priced item. I usually wait until there are multiple items that I want there because if they're sold out of what I want I don't want a wasted trip.
