    Properly enter your card # on the download page before you download (I think this logs you in automatically)

    Try clicking the drop down arrow beside their logo on the tool bar > ToolBar Admin > Login SHOULD be there (can't verify right now)

    I just noticed today says 0 searches for June, and was 400 something just yesterday. Somehow reset but nothing is adding, I hope its just a glitch on thier end and I get the miles

    I've been emailing back and forth with them trying to solve the problem...so sad to see it stuck there at 207 when I've probably made 500 searches (well...not quite) trying to get it unstuck.

    I love this tool bar and the points I am getting for free! I always worry I won't get to 300 by the end of the month but so far I have far exceeded that number for the 4 months I have had it.

    My searches froze the first month I had it too.. but I didn't realize you had to have valid searches and was throwing in words like 50 times in a row. Anyway, I contacted support and it was solved.. haven't had any problems in the last two months though.

    Did anyone get their May airmiles yet?
