This is probably a dumb question, but the thing you fill out says to fold it, will it fit in a regular envelope and does it cost more??

If you send away three in an envelope and there are two different addresses, will that be okay? I didn't see anywhere that they have to be sent to the same address.

I was wondering what this meant:

Limit of 5 cards per household. Up to three (3) $5 pre-paid gas card requests per order.

It's from the website, does it mean you can send 3 in one envelope and the last 2 in one??

Someone have the answer ? I was wondering that too !
