remember the days when the prizes were in the box.. at least that was guaranteed too bad they couldnt stuff the tshirt in there but u wouldnt get any cereal. aahh what a cruel world

ahhh yes. The prize in the box. Good times!

At the same time, remembering this also makes me remember the shoving match in the kitchen at breakfast, the fighting over who got to keep it, the tantrums and the tears because there was only 1 prize and 4 kids and it wasn't "my turn" this week. LOL

These boxes came out locally back in January/February.

When I heard about it, I made a point of looking for boxes in my recyling shed, and did find two boxes, about a month apart.

But, I did anticipate that there would only be a couple thousand T-shirts printed,
and that they would be snapped up in a month: statistically speaking, there would be several million Promo boxes, the "prizes" were nice, and there was absolutely no cost to participate for the consumer, ie. no shipping and handling, not even the cost of a stamp.

Like, the manufacturer says......."While suppplies last".......(I do think the company underestimated the popluarity of this promo, and how quickly the shirts would go.)
