banana bread for a friend
I made banana bread on Tuesday morning. I was going to do it on Monday evening but wasn't going to be up late enough to let it cool, so I mixed the dry ingredients, left the butter out and went to bed, mixed it up the next morning. DS came downstairs, looked around the living room, asked, "Where's that yummy smell coming from?" :)
Pressed a tube of pillsbury cookie dough ($2 at No Frills) onto a pizza pan - does that count? Haha.
Chocolate Banana Bread and Dount Muffins (Cinnamon Sugar Muffins) on Saturday :)
I made PB cookies for DH since after dinner he said he had a craving for them. After I told him to go to the store and buy them his reply was "can't you just whip some up?". So after I stopped laughing uncontrolably I actually made him some
Brownies - I've been craving some for a while. It was the first time I’ve made them from scratch. So good - both with and without frosting. I had 2 pieces

Oy, wanted to bake, but had no eggs and for what I wanted to make, a sub wouldn't be possible.
Found some refrigerated crescent rolls, so I made one pack as crescent cinnamon rolls, the other as squares with the four corners brought up with dried apricots and sliced almonds, butter and br. sugar.
