I know this freebie may not be desirable for SC users, but as I was checking out cbc.ca/news I saw "Free..." and instantly wondered what freebie I could get

I got all excited for perhaps finding another freebie...then I reread the whole headline title and realized that I don't really have a use for crack pipes

You know you're into free stuff a little too much when a free crack pipe headline catches your eye.

I remember when i went to bc 3 years ago I clipped an article talking about this.
you have to understand that they arent condoing the use of crack, but its much the same practice as the heath clinnics giving out condoms they know people are going to do drugs, just like they know people are going to have pre marital sex, if they are going to do it, its best that they are safe about it.

In no way do I want to start a discussion about whether this should/should not be taking place.
There are probably a lot of sides and emotions tied up in the for and against arguments.

I just wanted to share a funny side to my freebie-aholic behaviour.
